Shipping & Processing
All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Please allow extra time during holidays or for custom-made boxes.
Returns & Refunds
At this time, all sales are final, as many of our boxes are made to order or contain curated seasonal and specialty items.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ggoodall22@gmail.com or text 518-687-4489 with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or store credit.
Custom Orders
Customized boxes (birthday, special occasion) are created based on your selections and preferences. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged in transit.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select events or by arrangement. If you’d like to request local pickup, please contact Grace before placing your order.
